The Search Project was created to help our clients achieve their goals and to solve their problems by and innovating the way that they recruit.

We match individuals to teams, not CV’s to job specs.

We focus on the person and values behind the CV.

And the culture and opportunities behind the job description.

We know that we think differently to others. Whilst we solely work within professional services, our talent pool isn’t limited to this. We’re always thinking creatively to find the best person for each role, after all, it’s the person and their values that make the biggest impact, not their CV.

We take a tailored approach to each search rather than a one size fits all strategy. Every role, opportunity, team, business and individual is different so why would we apply the same approach to every situation? This allows us to create a unique process to best solve your problems and hire the right individuals for your team.

We love to focus on transferable skills, working with individuals who have the right style and approach to excel in the professional services industry, regardless of their background. This means a broader range of people to consider and more diversity in the team, bringing in new and innovative ideas. We look outside the usual pool of candidates and focus on experience and values to ensure you hire the best person for the role.
