Penny Daniels is an accomplished leader in executive search, currently serving as the Founder of The Search since April 2021. This specialist firm focuses on connecting innovative People, Operations, and Marketing leaders with high-growth businesses from Series A to IPO. Prior to founding The Search, Penny held significant roles including Senior Manager at Oakleaf Executive, where expertise included HR executive search across various industries, and Principal at Investigo Executive, specializing in People & Talent executive searches for tech companies. Experience also includes managerial roles at Annapurna Executive and Hays, where Penny developed effective teams and delivered high-value leadership searches. Penny holds a Bachelor of Honours degree in English from Oxford Brookes University.
