Erin Sponaugle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage sector. Currently serving as Restaurant Operations Consultant Field Leader and Restaurant Operations Consultant at US Foods since January 2019, Erin has held various leadership roles in prominent organizations. As Director of Food and Beverage at Hilton and Director of Food and Beverage at Stratton Mountain Resort since August 2017 and September 2016 respectively, Erin has demonstrated expertise in managing food service operations. Previous roles include Director of Food and Beverage at Resort at Squaw Creek and Director of Food Services at Destination Hotels, among others. Erin also has experience as Store Manager at Starbucks from 2008 to 2009.
