Adonis Holmes

Adonis Holmes is a multi-faceted professional currently serving as Co Artistic Director at The iO Theater since April 2022 and as an Actor with Stewart Talent since November 2022. Prior to these roles, Adonis worked as a Data Manager at the University of Chicago from November 2021 to April 2022 and as a Human Services Caseworker with the Illinois Department of Human Services from February 2019 to November 2021, where responsibilities included managing public assistance programs and assisting clients in overcoming barriers to education and employment. Earlier experience includes serving as a Branch Representative at Chicago Patrolmen's FCU from June 2015 to February 2019 and as a Mental Health Technician at The Pavilion Foundation in 2017, demonstrating clinical skills and establishing therapeutic relationships with patients. Adonis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned between 2014 and 2018.
