Audrey Flegel

Acting Improv Teacher at The Second City

Audrey Flegel has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Professional Actor for SAG-AFTRA, specializing in film, TV, commercials, voiceover, and theater. Audrey also served as an acting teacher and private coach. In 2008, they joined The Second City as an Acting & Improv Teacher for both adults and youth/teen classes. Additionally, they held the role of Adult Program Coordinator from 2008 to 2011.

In 2013, Audrey started their own business called Audrey Saves Your Closet, working as a Professional Organizer in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. Audrey helped clients declutter and optimize their homes and offices.

Audrey expanded their teaching experience by becoming a Teaching Artist at the Youth Academy of Dramatic Arts in 2022. Here, they taught arts and improv classes to youth and teens and hosted student showcases.

Most recently, Audrey joined the Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine in 2020 as a Project Coordinator. Audrey is involved in coordinating projects for the school. Audrey also holds the role of Standardized Patient and Physical Exam Training Associate, where they provide training and support for standardized patients.

Audrey's work experience spans across acting, teaching, coaching, organizing, and project coordination, showcasing their versatility and adaptability in various professional settings.

Audrey Flegel's education history includes studying at The New School, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Theatre/Theater. Following this, they attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy to focus on Musical Theatre. Audrey also enrolled in The School at Steppenwolf for an Acting Intensive program. In 2018, they joined John Rosenfeld Studios to further develop their skills in TV/Film Acting.
