Molly Durand has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Molly started their career as a Vocal Coach in 2009, providing voice lessons through their website mollydurandmusic.com. In the same year, they also worked as a Cueing and Reader for The Ann Richards Play by Holland Taylor, where they assisted the Broadway actress and provided vocal feedback.
In 2012, Molly joined Netflix as a Music Placement musician, responsible for placing music in TV shows and movies. Molly also worked as a Professional Singer at 5 Alarm Music, showcasing their vocal talents.
Molly's interest in real estate led their to work as a Property Manager at Ritz Properties from December 2018 to the present, managing residential buildings and handling tenant concerns. Molly also gained experience in property management at Engel & Völkers from October 2018 to January 2021 and at Laramar Group from December 2015 to December 2019.
Additionally, Molly explored their artistic side by working as a Writer, Performer, Improvisor, and Sketch Comedian at The Second City in Chicago. Molly wrote and performed in improv and sketch shows, touring with The Second City Chicago and performing a one-woman show.
In 2016, Molly had a brief acting role on the FX Networks (Fox) show Scream Queens.
Most recently, Molly joined Compass in October 2022 as a Real Estate Assistant.
Molly Durand attended DePaul University from 2000 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Music with a focus on Theater and Music.
