Parisa Jalili

Parisa Jalili has a strong background in sales and operations. Parisa is currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at The Second City since March 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at The Second City, starting in July 2020. Before joining The Second City, Parisa worked at Verizon Connect as the Sales Enablement & Sales Operations, Global Customer Success from 2018 to October 2019. Parisa also has experience as the National Business Development Manager at EdTech Institute (previously Sage Group) from July 2013 to June 2018, and as the Client Services Manager at The Sage Group from July 2013 to January 2017. In addition, they worked at Midwest Communication Technologies LLC as the Sales Operations Manager from November 2011 to October 2014, and at APT Inc. as the Telecommunications Education Representative- Midwest from April 2010 to August 2013.

Parisa Jalili pursued their undergraduate education in Psychology and Cognitive Sciences at UC Irvine from 2004 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. In 2013, they completed their postgraduate studies at Adler University, where they obtained their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Counseling and Organizational Psychology.
