The Seeing Eye
Will Engleking has extensive experience in groundskeeping and firefighting. Since June 2006, Will has worked at The Seeing Eye, initially as an Assistant Groundskeeper before advancing to Groundskeeper, where responsibilities include managing and maintaining the grounds of a 60-acre campus and a 330-acre satellite campus. Concurrently, since 2009, Will has served as a Lieutenant with the Mendham Fire Department, taking on various roles such as emergency scene command, instruction for junior members, and command of a Rapid Intervention Crew. Will has also worked as a Laborer in the Mendham Borough Department of Public Works during Hurricane Sandy cleanup. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Thomas Edison State University and an Associate’s Degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Warren County Community College. Will attended Morristown High School and Hackettstown High School.

The Seeing Eye is a philanthropy, established in 1929, and is supported exclusively by contributions from individuals, corporations and foundations, bequests, and other planned gifts.
