Andrew Smoker has diverse work experience in various industries. Andrew began their career in the United States Marine Corps, serving as a Sergeant and gaining experience in embassy security and field operations. After their military service, they worked as a Mechanical Designer for ESI Inc. of Tennessee, providing design and engineering support for cogeneration systems and industrial equipment. Andrew then joined Amerex Industries Inc as a Project Manager, overseeing contracts and coordinating with customers and suppliers for air pollution control systems. Later, they worked as a Steam Plant Operations Manager and Project Manager for Premier Energy Services Inc, where they supported a U.S. Army installation. At MillerCoors LLC, they held the role of Utilities Team Leader, managing a 24/7 operation of powerhouse and machine room equipment, and leading a team of hourly personnel. Currently, they serve as the Director of Maintenance, Plant Operations for The SEFA Group, being responsible for strategic maintenance activities in multiple locations and mentoring maintenance teams. Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated strong managerial, technical, and leadership skills.

Andrew Smoker received an Associate's Degree in Engineering Drafting Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 1993. Andrew then went on to attend Southern Polytechnic State University from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. In 2002, Andrew Smoker obtained the certification of Engineer in Training (EIT/FE).
