Andy Ball

Andy Ball is a Continuous Improvement Manager at The SEFA Group, a position held since May 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Lean Manager at Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC from June 2019 to May 2022, and as an Execution Planning & Project Controls Intern at Zachry Group in the summer of 2018. Prior to that, Andy Ball worked as a Wrangler at Lost Valley Ranch during the summers of 2016 and 2017, ensuring a quality guest ranch experience and managing care for over 120 horses. Andy Ball earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Auburn University, completing the program between 2015 and 2019.
