Operations Team

The Operations Team at The SEFA Group ensures the efficient and safe recycling of coal combustion residuals into sustainable products for the concrete industry. Comprising area managers, directors of safety and maintenance, and specialists in transportation and continuous improvement, the team oversees plant operations, fleet maintenance, environmental health and safety, and implements system designs and field operations coordination across multiple states.
