Nari

Nari is a senior staff member of research and development at Seagate Technology. They have been with the company since January of 2005 and have been instrumental in developing technologies that have led to an increase in storage capacity and reliability of products. Some of their key accomplishments include developing models for head-disk interfacial nanotribology and mechanics, monolayer lubricant microfluidics and nano-contamination mechanisms, intermolecular electrostatic interactions and surface phenomena, electrical breakdown mechanisms and thermally induced failures at micro and nano-scales. In addition, they have also developed and implemented simulation tools to enable model-based optimal design of recording-heads to achieve > 5Tb/in^2 recording density with reliable performance over 5+ years.

Nari has completed a PhD in Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Prior to that, they completed a ME in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). They also have a B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut. Nari has also completed high school from Kendriya Vidyalaya. Furthermore, Nari is certified from Scrum Inc. in Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) and Scrum Master Certified (SMC). Lastly, Nari holds a certification from Sig Sigma Consulting firm in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Nari reports to Ben Campbell, Founder / CEO. They are on a team with Keerthana - Executive Assistant, Rajintha - Executive Assistant, and Emily Campbell - Business Partner.
