Adam Grossman has a diverse work experience that includes roles as a Chief Development Officer & Co-Founder at The Selling Factory, Director of Sales, Research, & Development at Union for Reform Judaism, CEO at UF Hillel, Co-Founder at Convue, Rabbi at Temple Israel, and various promotional roles at Blitz Media, Don Law Company, and WNCI 97.9 FM. Adam'sexperience ranges from managing college students for sales development work, analyzing Salesforce data and establishing partnerships, rebuilding and managing a failing organization, co-founding a social media platform, reimagining synagogue relevance, and working in promotions and media.

Adam Grossman's education history begins in 1995 when they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications from The Ohio State University. Adam furthered their education by attending Xavier University from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) with a specialization in Jewish Education. Continuing their academic journey, Adam enrolled in Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion-Cincinnati from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) and became an Ordained Rabbi.

In 2017, Adam pursued a Certificate program in Spiritual Entrepreneurship at Columbia University, which they completed in 2018.

Additionally, Adam obtained several certifications to augment their skillset. In December 2019, they earned the Inbound Certified and Inbound Marketing certifications from HubSpot Academy. Adam furthered their professional development by obtaining the Google Ads Search Certification from Google in December 2021.
