Bassam Hour

Bassam Hour is an experienced ICT professional with a robust background in business intelligence and reporting. Currently serving as an ICT Reporting and Insights Analyst at The Selwyn Foundation since June 2021, Bassam previously held roles such as BI and Reporting Systems Analyst. Prior experience includes positions at NPCC as an Application Support Specialist and Information Systems Officer. Bassam also worked as an Applications Consultant at UAE Academy, delivering technical training and developing dashboards. With experience in business report development using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS, alongside a solid foundation in SQL, Bassam's career includes a range of technical roles starting from IT Support at Union National Bank to IT training at Al Khawarizmi International College. Bassam holds a Bachelor of Management Information System-Honours from IIUM Malaysia.
