The Leadership Team at The Selwyn Foundation is responsible for steering the organization in alignment with its mission to serve older people with integrity, warmth, and respect. This team, including the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Operating Officer, develops strategic initiatives, oversees operational excellence, ensures the implementation of innovative technology solutions, and upholds the charitable and Christian values of the Foundation. They work collaboratively to enhance the quality of retirement living, rest home, hospital, and dementia care services, while also extending the organization's reach through community outreach programs.
