Neil Owen

Neil joined the group in July 1991 and having undertaken various IT based roles, he became Group IT Manager in 2003.

Neil is responsible for all IT usage through the SENAD group, and as such he advises the group on IT matters and works with them to implement new initiatives and technologies.

During 2000 Neil worked with an associated company (Ruward Systems – Holland) developing commercially available software to complement the Manual Abilities Scanning Test (MAST) system. This software was produced primarily for use in the prison / rehabilitation systems of Holland and Spain.
