Kimberly Diaz, RN, has extensive experience in healthcare, particularly in hospice and end-of-life care. Currently, Kimberly leads Care Matters Always as a referral placement agency for caregivers and owns Care Matters, LLC, which focuses on customized placement services for dementia clients. In addition to volunteering at The Senior Hub, Kimberly has served as a death midwife, providing support and planning assistance for families in the final stages of life. Previous roles include Hospice Clinical Manager at Santa Rita's Hospice Services, Executive Director at Health Essentials Hospice, and Nurse Manager at San Diego Hospice and The Institute for Palliative Medicine, where Kimberly managed teams dedicated to exceptional patient care. Educational background includes studies at the College of DuPage from 1993 to 1998.
