Shane Souders

Shane Souders is a successful entrepreneur with extensive experience in various industries, including insurance, healthcare, real estate, and hospitality. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of The Senior Resource Group, LLC since April 2008, Shane has played a key role in providing insurance and financial products through an independent broker sales force. In addition, Shane co-founded Connect-One Health in August 2014, focusing on assisting individuals with choosing insurance products via a telephonic sales platform. Shane also founded Souders Real Estate in March 1995, which specializes in property acquisitions, development, rentals, and sales across multiple states. Previously, Shane was a Co-Founding Member of ARCA ES/FMO Office, which developed an insurance technology platform, and co-founded The Dionysus Group, contributing to the vibrant nightlife in Harrisburg, PA. Shane's entrepreneurial journey began with Souders Markets & Gasoline, which operated multiple locations before its sale in 2004.
