Kimberly Knight, MSSW, has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Kimberly began their career as the Employment Services Manager at Irving Cares in 2005. In 2008, they moved to Central Dallas Ministries as a Program Coordinator. In 2009, they became the Case Manager of Meals on Wheels and Neighbor Helping Neighbor at Meals On Wheels, Inc. of Tarrant County. In 2011, they were promoted to Manager of Family Services at the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Dallas. In 2013, they were promoted again to Associate Director, Community Relations at the Alzheimer's Association, Greater Dallas Chapter. In 2016, they moved to Relationships First as the Director of Programs and Partnerships. In 2021, they were hired as the Director of Programs and Partnerships at The Chris Howell Foundation and also as the Caregiver Support Program Director at The Senior Source.

Kimberly Knight, MSSW received their Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2009. Kimberly began their studies in 2006.
