Madeline Sertner has been working in various roles since 2017. Madeline began as a Student Assistant at the Texas Woman's University Library, working the Circulation Desk. In the same year, they also took on a role as a Sales Associate at Voertman's (The Textbook Store), where they sold and rented new and used textbooks at steep discounts to local students. In 2019, they became a Coordinator of Alumni Relations at Collin College, as well as a Research Assistant at the Center for Women in Politics and Public Policy at Texas Woman's University. Madeline also took on the role of Running Start Congressional Fellow at Kay Granger. Currently, Madeline is working as a Donor Relations Manager at The Senior Source.
Madeline Sertner attended Texas Woman's University from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Government Politics degree in Political Science and Government. Prior to that, they attended Collin College from 2015 to 2017, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Child Development. In October 2019, Madeline obtained seven certifications from LinkedIn and Blackbaud, including Excel Essential Training, Raiser's Edge Fundamentals- Constituents, Raiser's Edge Fundamentals- Data Extraction and Analysis, Raiser's Edge Fundamentals- Gifts, Raiser's Edge Fundamentals- Query, Raiser's Edge- Adding and Updating Records with Import, and Raiser's Edge- Online Express.
