Triste Vasquez-White has over 25 years of experience in the social services sector. Triste began their career in 1992 as the Director of Program Staff Development at Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star. In 2015, they took on the role of Foster Grandparent Program Director at The Senior Source.

Triste Vasquez-White obtained their Master of Science (MS) in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington between 1990 and 1992. Triste received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Austin College between 1984 and 1988.
