At The Separation Guide, we make separation and divorce simpler and more supportive, recognising their impact on both individuals and workplaces. By partnering with employers to integrate our program into Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), we provide employees with the expert guidance, legal resources, and emotional support they need during relationship breakdowns.

Why Separation Matters to Employers

Separation and divorce are highly stressful, leading to declines in mental health, productivity, and engagement and safety at work. Employees facing these challenges are more likely to take leave, have lower job satisfaction, and show reduced performance, which affects team dynamics and overall company culture. By addressing these challenges, employers can foster a more supportive and productive workforce.

Benefits for Employers

Integrating The Separation Guide into your EAP offers key benefits:

Enhanced Wellbeing: Our support reduces stress and mental health challenges, promoting a healthier workforce.

Improved Productivity: Supported employees are more likely to stay focused and committed, even during personal difficulties.

Positive Culture: A commitment to employee wellbeing enhances your reputation as a caring employer, aiding retention and attracting talent.

Reduced Absenteeism: Early support helps employees navigate personal challenges effectively, reducing absences and turnover.

Improved safety: The plan helps reduce stress and mental health issues often associated with conflict, improving workplace safety.

Seamless Integration

Our program integrates easily with existing EAPs, enhancing support without adding administrative burden. We offer customisable solutions tailored to your organisation’s needs and provide ongoing support and reporting to measure impact.
