Sally Philp

Sally Philp is an experienced management consultant with a robust background in optimizing inventory and production processes across diverse industries. Currently at The Sequoia Partnership since 2002, notable achievements include the implementation of OnTarget, a statistical stock modeling tool, resulting in significant inventory reductions in Canada and the USA. Previously, at Cadbury (Trebor Allan), Sally implemented a Cycle Based Scheduling approach, enhancing order fill rates and reducing planning time while collaborating with SAP consultants for system configuration. Earlier roles include management consulting positions at Coopers & Lybrand and The Sequoia Partnership.
