Lauren Cooper

Lauren Cooper is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as an Innovation Manager at The Serious Sweet Company Limited since June 2020. Prior to this role, Lauren held positions as a Product Developer at J&K Confectionery Ltd from April 2017 to June 2020, and as a Product Development Technologist at Fruitapeel Ltd. from May 2016 to April 2017. Lauren began a career in food development as a Technical Assistant at JDM Food Group Ltd from June 2014 to April 2016 and also worked as a Product Development Technologist at Bakkavor from August 2012 to September 2013. Lauren obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Marketing Management from Sheffield Hallam University, where study took place from 2013 to 2016, following completion of education at Spalding High School from 2005 to 2012.
