Kirk McDonald

Kirk McDonald is an accomplished sales and business development professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and tourism sectors. Currently serving as Director of Sales for the Middle East at The Set since May 2025, McDonald previously held the position of Director of Global Sales for the Middle East at Preferred Hotels & Resorts. Prior roles include Director of Recruitment at The Recruit Hub and Senior Manager of Product Development and Distribution at VisitBritain, where analytical skills and itinerary management were key responsibilities. McDonald began a career at Emirates as Manager of Product and Business Development. Educationally, McDonald holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, obtained in January 2019.
