Dana Weiss is an experienced analyst currently working at Social Finance Israel since August 2021. Prior to this position, Dana served as a researcher at the Myers-JDC-Brookdale Institute from September 2018 to August 2021 and held a role as a teaching assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from October 2018 to October 2019. Earlier experience includes working as an analyst and research assistant at the Israel Ministry of Finance from September 2016 to April 2018 and serving as a casualty officer in the Israeli Air Force from January 2014 to May 2015. Dana began a career in communications at the IDF Spokesperson Unit, where responsibilities included developing proactive communication plans for IAF personnel from April 2012 to January 2014. Dana holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Political Science, and Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, completed in 2018, and attended Atid Lod High School for Sciences from 2008 to 2011.
