Amory Armstrong

Amory Armstrong is a seasoned professional in the interior design and fine arts sectors, currently serving in Business Development, Trade at The Shade Store since August 2016, providing high-level service to trade clients. Previously, Amory was the Owner and Managing Partner of Armstrong Associates, LLC, specializing in high-end residential interior design and fine art consulting. Additional experience includes roles as Principal at The Dilenschneider Group, Vice President of Client Services at Doyle New York, and Cataloguer at Sotheby’s. Amory began a career in interior design as an intern at Colwill-McGehee Antiques and Interior Design. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Art Dealership & Collecting from New York University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History from The Hoillins School.
