Previous roles include VP Design for St Regis and The Luxury Collection Brands at Starwood Hotels & Resorts from September 2002 to August 2007, and VP Home Design Collection at Polo Ralph Lauren from 1989 to 2002. O'Neill's expertise lies in strategic design intelligence and branding.
