Ellen O'Neill is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in the Hospitality, Retail, Residential, and Home Product Industries. Currently serving as SVP Creative & Visual at The Shade Store since May 2019, O'Neill also holds the position of Creative Director at Benjamin Moore & Co. since March 2013 and operates Ellen O'Neill Supply since May 2008. Previous roles include VP Design for St Regis and The Luxury Collection Brands at Starwood Hotels & Resorts from September 2002 to August 2007, and VP Home Design Collection at Polo Ralph Lauren from 1989 to 2002. O'Neill's expertise lies in strategic design intelligence and branding.
