Frank Owens

Frank Owens has extensive experience in HR, safety, and facilities management. Frank has held various HR and safety roles in different companies such as Shannon Commercial Properties, Brian McCarthy Contractors Ltd., Boart Longyear, BS&B Safety Systems, and B. Braun Hospicare. Frank also holds a Diploma in Health, Safety and Welfare at Work from the University of Limerick, and a BBS in Personnel Management from the same university.
