Melissa Ramos

Melissa Ramos has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Melissa started their career as an Intern at Kohn & Kohn Law Firm in 2013, where they worked for six months. In 2014, they took on Sales and Marketing Associate role at VIP Vision and also worked as a Lifeguard at Silver Point Beach Club during the summer.

In 2015, Melissa worked as an X-Ray Technician Assistant at Woodmere Medical Assoc for four months. Melissa then transitioned to becoming a Gymnastics Coach at Long Island Gymnastic Academy in 2013 and continued in that role until 2016.

During their time as a Gymnastics Coach, Melissa also held a PR, Marketing & Social Media position at South Shore Elder Care Consultants for five months. In 2016, they interned as a PR & Marketing Intern at Wedding Salon for three months.

In 2018, Melissa joined ApexDrop, where they worked in the Influencer Marketing department until May 2021. Melissa then moved on to work at The Shark Group, first as a Shark Tank Products & Licensing Intern from May 2017 to July 2018, followed by Product Development & Marketing role from July 2018 to January 2022. Currently, Melissa holds the position of Business Development & Special Projects Manager at The Shark Group, starting in February 2022.

Melissa Ramos attended Baruch College from 2015 to 2017. During their time there, they focused their studies on Business/Corporate Communications. Apart from their academic pursuits, Melissa also obtained a certification in First Aid, CPR & AED from the American Red Cross.
