Harold Woodard is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in structural and civil engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Structural Superintendent at The Shaw Group since March 2023, Harold has held several key positions including Sr GF at Turner West Lake and Structural Superintendent at Polaris. Harold's previous experience includes significant roles at Orascom Construction Ltd and Bilfinger Westcon as well as a lengthy tenure at Bechtel Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from Construction Superintendent to SR GEN FOREMAN I/W-Rigging. Harold began a career at CCC Group, Inc., progressing from H-1 to Assistant Superintendent in the Material Handling Division. Harold holds an education from SFAustin, attained between 1986 and 1988.
