Michael Childers

Michael Childers has a diverse and extensive work experience in the energy industry. Michael has held various leadership roles in different companies. Michael started their career at Edison Mission Energy as the Corporate Vice President for America's. Michael then joined Entergy as the President of Entergy Wholesale Operations and Entergy Asset Management. Michael later became the President, Engineering, Construction & Maintenance at The Shaw Group and served as the Chairman and CEO of EFH Development Company at Energy Future Holdings. Michael also worked at TXU as the CEO of Generation Development. Michael has also led Synergy Renewables LLC as the Chief Executive Officer and Bernhard Energy as the President. Most recently, they are serving as the Chief Executive Officer of The Shaw Group.

Michael Childers attended the University of San Diego from 1985 to 1988, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Economics.
