Nelson Mejia

Nelson Mejia is a versatile dance and performance professional with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance & Choreography from Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts. Currently serving as a Visitor Experience Associate at The Shed and as a Company Member for multiple projects, including "Heart of Brick" with Joyce Theater Productions and Ponybox Dance Theatre, Nelson brings a collaborative spirit to artistic endeavors. Recent roles include Assistant Choreographer for Hermès' private event "Bloom," with previous experience at organizations such as lululemon, GASPARD&DANCERS INC, and Varsity Brands, where skills in event production and dance instruction were honed.
