The Shefa School
Alyson Shore is a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist with extensive experience in various educational and clinical settings. Currently employed at The Shefa School since September 2021, Alyson previously served as a Speech-Language Pathologist and Focus Teacher at Winston Preparatory School from August 2017 to August 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Clinical Fellow at Elwyn and graduate student clinician positions at Saugus Public Schools, Beverly Hospital & Addison Gilbert Hospital, and MGH Institute of Health Professions. Alyson holds a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from MGH Institute of Health Professions and a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and Psychology from the University of Michigan.
The Shefa School
The Shefa School is a Jewish community day school in Manhattan serving students in grades 1–8 who benefit from a specialized educational environment in order to develop their strengths while addressing their learning challenges. We specifically serve students with language-based learning disabilities who have not yet reached their potential levels of success in traditional classroom settings. Shefa is a pluralistic community school serving families across the range of Jewish involvement and observance.
