The Shefa School
Mordy Weinstein possesses extensive experience in the music and education fields, currently serving as Musical Director at The Moriah School and Choir Director at Yeshiva of Flatbush Joel Braverman High School. Additionally, Mordy has been a teacher at The Shefa School and founded MaxMord Productions, where recording and producing various musical acts takes place. As Vice President of Retail and Booking Manager for Six13, responsibilities include managing merchandise and coordinating performances. Early career roles include Presidential Fellow at Yeshiva University's Office of Admissions and leadership positions in a cappella groups, demonstrating strong organizational and musical talents. Mordy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music and Psychology from Yeshiva University.
The Shefa School
The Shefa School is a Jewish community day school in Manhattan serving students in grades 1–8 who benefit from a specialized educational environment in order to develop their strengths while addressing their learning challenges. We specifically serve students with language-based learning disabilities who have not yet reached their potential levels of success in traditional classroom settings. Shefa is a pluralistic community school serving families across the range of Jewish involvement and observance.
