Vincent Maiella

Vincent Maiella is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of School (Secondary) at The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Boys since July 2022, Vincent previously held the position of Head of Secondary at GEMS Education from July 2019 to July 2022. Prior to that, Vincent spent nearly a decade at The Stanway School, where responsibilities included Assistant Headteacher and Strategic Lead at Sigma Multi Academy Trust, overseeing SEND, disadvantaged students, and their respective budgets exceeding £250,000. Vincent's expertise also encompasses teaching and strategic leadership roles across various educational institutions, supported by a Master's degree in Leadership in Education from Liverpool John Moores University and additional certifications in SEND Coordination and education.
