Malén Delo

Malén Delo has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Groups Coordinator and previously as Reservations Agent at The Shelbourne since November 2021, and from August 2019 to August 2020. Prior roles include serving as a Hostess and Waitress at Brochner Hotels, where five-star service was maintained for breakfast guests. Malén also worked at AADESA | Hotel Management Company as a Groups Sales Executive, managing group coordination and reservations across multiple hotels, and in various reservations roles. Earlier experiences include internships in reservations at Sheraton Buenos Aires and customer service at Wisp Resort and Carina de la Cruz. Malén holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Restaurant Management from Universidad Nacional de San Martín and a Hospitality Senior Technician degree from CESYT.
