Michael Donato has extensive experience in customer service and retail operations, currently serving as a Front Desk Receptionist at The Shelter Group since 2019, where responsibilities include managing room reservations accurately. Additionally, Michael has been with Charlie Ken, Inc. since November 2015, providing assistance to customers in a luxury perfumery setting. Experience also includes working as a Store Cashier at Mall of Asia Department Store since October 2011, handling cash transactions, and as a Store Keeper at Rustans Department Store since April 2008, supervising tasks related to ordering, receiving, and storing products. Michael holds a Second Degree in Manufacturing Technicians from Lyceum of the Philippines, Batangas City, and a High School Diploma in Design and Visual Communications from Gumaca National High School.
