Katherine Bruce

Katherine Bruce is a Manufacturing Leader at The Shepherd Color Company since September 2021, overseeing the CICP segment of production and leading a team focused on operational excellence, safety, and quality. Prior to this role, Katherine served as a Product Line Leader for the titanates pigment line and held positions at Cleveland-Cliffs as a Research Engineer and at AK Steel Corporation as an Engineer, Associate Engineer, and Intern, working on electrical steel production and processing projects. Katherine's early career included a role as a Teaching Assistant at Miami University and internships at AK Steel. Katherine holds a Master's degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Miami University.
