Richard Dixon

Richard Dixon has extensive experience in the maintenance and production sectors at The Shepherd Color Company, having served in various roles since 1992. Starting as a Production Machine Operator, Richard advanced to Maintenance Buyer, overseeing engineering and maintenance purchasing, managing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and vendor managed inventory. Richard was subsequently promoted to Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, and currently holds the position of Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for the daily operations of the maintenance department and leading maintenance efforts for new projects and machine installations. Richard's educational background includes studies in Police Science at Trinity Valley Community College and a high school diploma from Northwest High School.
