Gary Tams

Gary Tams has extensive experience as an Enforcement Agent, having worked for various organizations since 2008, including the High Court Enforcement Group and The Sheriffs Office from November 2019 to the present. Tams specializes in the execution of High Court Writs, evictions (including Traveller, residential, and squatter), forfeitures, and the Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery (CRAR) process. Prior roles include enforcement and debt recovery for local authorities at Jacobs Enforcement and the collection of unpaid fines at Marston Holdings. Tams also has a background in security, having served as a Store Detective at Chubb Security and a Security Officer at Alton Towers Resort Operations Ltd. and Co-op. Tams began a career in mining at British Coal from 1983 to 1992.
