Jeff Davies

Jeff Davies is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in accounting and finance. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations at The Shield Companies since November 2019, Jeff oversees a nationwide fleet of over 1,200 vehicles, significantly increasing vehicle resale profits, and manages insurance claims for 33 branches. Previous roles include Senior Accountant at Robert Half and Accountant at Unity Technologies, among others, where Jeff gained expertise in financial reporting, reconciliation, and the development of standard operating procedures. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and an Associate's degree from Cascadia College, Jeff also has a solid foundation in electrical manufacturing and assembly from an earlier career at Care Controls Inc.
