Robert McMinn

Robert McMinn serves as an Executive Assistant at The Shield Institute, managing Board and Government relations and significantly enhancing a Visual Arts Studio and Day Habilitation Program for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. With a history of effective fundraising and grant implementation, McMinn has secured over $3 million in funding. Previously, as Director of Client Services & Relationship Management at Freeman Philanthropic Services, successful executive placements in various nonprofit domains were achieved, alongside developing new business proposals. Past roles include Director of Networking and Relationships at ICL, and Associate of Public Policy and Immigrant Services at the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services, where key funding initiatives were coordinated.
