Danna Lewis

Danna Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Danna is currently a Board Member and part of the Strategic Plan Committee at the Mill Valley Chamber of Commerce, where they have been serving since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Program Manager at The Shift Network, a socially conscious EdTech business.

In 2019, Danna worked as a Business & Career Consultant, focusing on improving stakeholder journeys to increase business revenues. Danna also became a Randstad Certified Career Transition Coach during this time.

From 2018 to 2019, Danna held multiple roles at The Athena Alliance, a SaaS-based community providing female executive development programs and board of director opportunity match. Danna served as the COO and Head of MarCom, Membership Services, and also held positions as Board Secretary and Treasurer, regularly interacting with the Board.

Prior to their time at The Athena Alliance, Danna served as the Executive Director at the National Association of Environmental Medicine (NAEM) from 2015 to 2018. Danna also worked as a Business Consultant and Fractional Chief of Staff from 2014 to 2018.

Before transitioning to the nonprofit and consulting sectors, Danna worked at The Bar Method as the Brand & Marketing Director from 2009 to 2013. Danna also gained experience as a Business Operations & Marketing Consultant from 2008 to 2009.

Danna's early career was in the financial industry, where they held the position of VP of Shared Services Operations at Citigroup, Inc. from 2001 to 2008.

Throughout their career, Danna has demonstrated their ability to lead and drive strategic initiatives in various organizations and industries.

Danna Lewis has a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained between 2002 and 2006. Danna also received training and certification in Conscious Business from Joy of Business, and this took place at an unspecified time before 2015. In 2018, Danna completed a training program at Directors Academy focused on the Board of Directors. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Neuroscience, Energy Medicine, Energy Psychology, Heartmath, Mindfulness, and Consciousness at The Shift Network, with an expected completion date between 2021 and 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Danna Lewis has obtained several certifications. Most recently, in 2023, they obtained certifications in Project Management Foundations, The 3-Minute Rule, The Five Conversations that Deliver Accountability and Performance, The Neuroscience of Emotional Intelligence and Self-Awareness, The Neuroscience of Office Politics and Team Leadership, and The Neuroscience of Strategy and Creative Leadership, all from LinkedIn. In 2021, they obtained the Randstad Risesmart Career Coach Authority certification from Randstad Risesmart | Outplacement. In 2020, they obtained the Randstad Risesmart Career Mobility Team certification from the same institution. In 2015, Danna became a Joy of Business® Certified Facilitator, and in 2012, they obtained the Access Consciousness® Bars & Body Process Facilitator certification as well as the Access Consciousness Foundational & Advanced Curriculum from Access Consciousness.
