Jean Russo Gould, Ph.D.

Jean Russo Gould, Ph.D. has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2007, they worked as the Southwest Ohio Regional Finance Director for Governor Ted Strickland, representing him for re-election in Southwestern Ohio counties. In 2010, they transitioned to Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, where they served as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications & Governmental Relations until 2016.

In 2016, Jean became a Business Development Executive and Marketing and Branding Consultant for Paycepays.com, where they built the PAYCE brand and developed marketing and communication strategies. Jean also consulted on B2B strategy and partnership development in higher education and philanthropy markets.
