Wu Jie has extensive experience in CRM and sales management, currently serving as the CRM & Sales Manager at The Shilla Hotels & Resorts since May 2014, where responsibilities include managing VIP CRM and wholesale in the luxury watches and fashion category, developing sales growth strategies, and enhancing VIP customer engagement in the Jeju BU. Prior to this role, Wu Jie worked at HYUNDAI WIA CORPORATION from September 2010 to February 2014, holding positions as Factory Automation Sales Manager, responsible for key account management and sales activities, and as Machine Tools Marketing Assistant, focusing on market forecasting and marketing collateral for the Chinese market. Earlier experience includes an internship at the International Vaccine Institute, where research on social media trends contributed to new strategy developments. Wu Jie holds a KLI Language Program degree from Yonsei University and a Master’s degree in Public Service with a focus on Public Policy from Xiamen University.
