Aaron Caldwell

Aaron Caldwell has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Aaron began their career as a Multi-Unit Store Manager at RED SKYE WIRELESS in 2014. In 2015, they took on the role of Field Manager at Live Buzz Interactive, where they managed a team of 20+ employees and interviewed and hired employees. In 2016, they worked as a Manager at Goldfish Swim School, where they managed a swim lesson specific facility and staff of 50+ employees, as well as performed inventory purchasing and event coordination. Aaron also worked as a Settlement Specialist at Concentrix, where they assisted in the Volkswagen TDI settlement, interacted with customers to complete buybacks and restitution payments, and reviewed and prepared documents for final submittal. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Apple in various roles, including Lead Genius, Retail @ Home Team Manager, ASLP Associate, and Technical Specialist. In 2020, Aaron also worked as a Freelance Writer. Currently, Aaron is working as a Technology Support Analyst at The Shipyard and as a Cohort Member at Color Coded Labs.

Aaron Caldwell obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Communication, General from Columbus State Community College in 2012. In 2018, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. In 2019, they obtained two certifications from Apple: an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) in March and an ACiT in February. Most recently, they completed a Nanodegree in JavaScript Full Stack Web Development from Udacity in 2021.
