Mark Hillman has over twenty-nine years of professional experience in creative roles. Mark began their career in 1992 as a Creative Director at Zero Base Advertising, where they grew the company from 8 to over 30 employees. In 2001, they became Creative Director at Ten United, a large regional advertising firm based in Columbus, Ohio. Mark formed the new entity, established double-digit profitability, managed a 20+ creative department, and swept the local awards show. In 2002, they became Partner - Director of Advertising at Ologie. Mark then served as Creative Consultant at Findaway World in 2005, helping to ideate, name, and launch their first product. From 2005 to 2016, they held the role of Executive Creative Director at Resource/Ammirati, an IBM company, leading a team of 20+ creatives on various brands. In 2018, they became Executive Creative Director at 160over90 and Creative Advisor at Kalamata's Kitchen. In 2020, they took on the role of Creative Director at Olive, an AI-as-a-service solution focused on building the Internet of Healthcare. Most recently, in 2021, Mark Hillman became Executive Creative Director at The Shipyard.
Mark Hillman attended Ohio University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Arts & Sciences with a field of study in Advertising from the School of Journalism.
