Stephani Estes

Stephani Estes currently serves as Chief Media Officer at The Shipyard since October 2025, after a tenure in the same role at Goodway Group from January 2023 to October 2025. Prior to these positions, Stephani held various leadership roles at Cramer-Krasselt, including EVP, General Manager, and SVP, Executive Director of Media. Additional experience includes Associate Media Director roles at Compass Point Media and Bernstein-Rein Advertising, where significant media strategies for major brands such as Hostess Snacks and Blue Cross Blue Shield Minnesota were developed. Earlier in the career at Starcom, Stephani supervised media strategies for clients like Disney Parks and Meda Pharmaceuticals. Additionally, a background in education includes serving as a Special Education Teacher and Corps Member Advisor for Teach For America. Stephani's educational background includes a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
