Traci Hetherington

Traci Hetherington is an experienced Office Manager and Executive Assistant with a diverse background in administrative roles across various industries. Currently serving at The Shipyard since December 2024, prior positions include Administrative Assistant at San Diego Gas & Electric, and an Administrative/People Ops Specialist at Genesis Therapeutics. Traci has a strong history with TuSimple, where responsibilities included supporting the Chief Human Resources Officer, as well as roles at Urbn Leaf, San Diego Pension Consultants, Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS®, and the Hospital Association of San Diego and Imperial Counties. In earlier positions at Mitsubishi Motors and Petco, Traci contributed to training, marketing campaigns, and general operations. Traci obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Science Teacher Education from San Diego State University.
